I get a bad neck quite regularly (due to poor posture and a bit of stress added in)! Sonya goes to my gym and told me about Bowen technique so I decided to give it a go! It was a really lovely relaxing session, working around the body but with the right amount of focus and (good) discomfort in the right places to work the areas that were really tight. I came out feeling different and my neck is definitely moving more freely! Would highly recommend Bowen, Sonya is fab. Pilates Rooms where she works is a brilliant space too, a place for proper, much needed self care. Will definitely be going back for further sessions as it's good for loads of different ailments and just feels great, as a woman of 44 I think I'm gonna need it!

Louisa’s instruction is very clear and very detailed avoiding any injuries for clients. Louisa continually changes the exercises each week to challenge us further and this maintains interest and uses different muscle groups.
